Lily's Orchids is a locally operated small business. In order to provide shipping services free to the customer without incurring major logistics costs we have consolidated orders to one day per week. While we will try to accommodate different situations as best as possible these general guidelines are in place to keep everything manageable and affordable for us as a business and you as a customer. If you need something that may be out of our guidelines please contact us by email and we will try to assist you as best as we can.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is included for free in all orders and orders will be delivered according to the following guidelines:

  • Orders open every Friday at 8:00am and close Sunday at 5:00pm.

  • Orders placed in this window will be delivered the following Wednesday.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I place orders outside of the ordering window?

A: Orders cannot be placed after the ordering window has closed and you will have to wait for the next ordering window the following week.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

A: Orders can be modified or canceled for a refund before the ordering window has closed. All orders are final and non-refundable after the ordering window has closed.

Q: What areas do you deliver to?

A: Currently delivery is only available to the local Tucson area.

Q: Why will my orders not arrive until the next week?

A: Tropical flowers are not native to Arizona and therefore need to be imported. The import process is time consuming and can often be disrupted by customs and inspection processes.

Q: What if I need flowers earlier than the following week?

A: Due to the cost and potential loss from un-purchased flowers we cannot currently offer fresh flowers without a lead time. As we continue to grow we may have enough volume to keep excess product on hand and deliverable same day.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Orders are processed and delivered the following week of ordering on Wednesday. There is no specific time period for delivery but most orders are delivered by the end of the day.

Q: Does someone need to accept delivery?

A: While it is preferred, we do not require anyone to accept delivery of flowers. Please be aware that they are fresh cut flowers and desert weather conditions can be extreme. We will do our best to leave them in a suitable area but we cannot guarantee the quality or life of the flowers if left in unsuitable conditions.
